MGP Mechanics started back in 2010, after tiring of working for garage owners who prioritise volume over quality of work and always pushing to cut corners to maximise profits, I decided I needed to do something different and the ethos was simple, be honest, be transparent and carry out every job to the highest standards.

At MGP our aim is to be the best we can be, this means investing not only in tools and equipment, but also ourselves with training courses as often as possible to keep up with the ever advancing technology in modern vehicles, even after 29 years as a mechanic every day is still a school day.
My career started back in 1997 with my first job in a garage, shortly after I started my apprenticeship, which was quickly completed, since then I have worked in many different areas of the mechanical repair industry, from classic car restoration, plant and machinery to airport ground equipment giving me a unique skillset that allows me to diagnose and repair faults in any system on your vehicle.
